At CheapCasa, we carefully package every order to ensure your furniture arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Orders are securely packed and shipped using trusted carriers depending on the size and weight of the shipment.
Many of our furniture pieces are shipped Ready to Assemble and include all required hardware and instructions for easy setup.
Most orders are delivered within 7 business days.
Shipping Details
A valid physical street address is required for all deliveries. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Additional shipping fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Large furniture items and oversized orders may be delivered via freight carriers.
Shipping Costs
Many of our products include free shipping within the contiguous United States.
Some oversized or specialty items may require additional shipping charges. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout whenever possible.
If additional freight charges are required, our customer support team will contact you with a shipping quote before processing your order.
Delivery Assistance
Certain freight deliveries may include optional services such as liftgate delivery for easier unloading.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the scheduled delivery time. Missed deliveries may result in additional carrier fees.
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Additional carrier fees may apply for address changes after shipment processing.
International Shipping
Shipping rates to Canada are based on the size and weight of your order.
Canadian customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and brokerage fees associated with their shipment.
