Returns
At CheapCasa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and easy return process. However, please note that certain conditions apply. Kindly review our detailed return policy below.
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Brand new and unused.
- Unassembled and in the original packaging.
- The item must be free from any visible damage, and all accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
- Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
Important: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Opened or used items that do not meet the return condition.
- Items with visible stains or damages resulting from misuse.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return Request: Log in to your CheapCasa account and go to "My Orders." Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts to submit your return request.
- Packaging: Please ensure the item is properly packed in its original packaging, with all parts, instructions, and accessories included.
- Shipping Label: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Attach this label to your package.
- Ship the Package: Drop off the package at your nearest carrier facility. Be sure to retain the tracking number for reference.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to either offer a replacement or issue a full refund. To assist with your claim, please provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
Refund Process
- Once the return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
